Abstract

The high rate of development of portable electronics, electric mobility solutions, and wireless systems has caused a high demand of compact, lightweight, and high energy density energy storage systems. Nevertheless, traditional forms of energy storage technologies are usually severely limited in their ability to store energy, convert it, and integrate it with other systems, which limits their use in current mobile environments. This paper will design an efficient portable energy storage system that is able to provide high energy density as well as giving efficient and stable power output so that the challenges can be overcome. The suggested system is a combination of a sophisticated choice of components, the effective methods of controlling power, and a small structural design to boost the overall performance. It uses a systematic process of behaviour analysis of a system at different operating conditions based on mathematical modelling, circuit-level design and validation with simulations. The primary parameters of performance like the energy density, the efficiency, and the output stability are analysed and compared to the traditional methods. These findings have indicated that the offered system provides a significant increase in energy density and conversion efficiency, and still possesses lower weight and increased reliability. Thus, the presented portable energy storage system will offer a convenient and expandable system of next generation mobile usage with the prospects of further optimization by means of smart energy management and system downsizing.
