Aim & Scope

Aims

National Journal of Intelligent Power Systems and Technology aims to:

  • Promote advanced research and innovation in smart and intelligent power systems
  • Bridge the gap between traditional power system engineering and emerging intelligent technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT
  • Provide a national and international platform for academic researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share knowledge and advancements in the energy domain
  • Support the development of secure, sustainable, and efficient energy infrastructures

Scope

The journal welcomes manuscripts in (but not limited to) the following areas:

  • Smart grid architectures and technologies
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning in power systems
  • Intelligent control and automation in power grids
  • Renewable energy integration and management
  • Power system monitoring, protection, and stability
  • Energy storage and hybrid power systems
  • Internet of Energy (IoE) and cyber-physical power systems
  • Demand-side management and energy efficiency
  • Electric vehicle integration and smart charging infrastructure
  • Communication networks for power systems (e.g., 5G, IoT, WSNs)
  • Blockchain and cybersecurity in smart grid environments
  • Distributed generation and microgrids
  • Power electronics and digital substations

The journal encourages contributions that explore theoretical developments, simulation studies, practical implementations, and case-based applications. Interdisciplinary research combining electrical engineering, computer science, and data analytics in the context of power systems is particularly welcome.
